Ballroom Dance Showcases
Participating in ballroom dance showcases is a great way to take your dancing to the next level. Your weekly dance lessons will be more focused if you have a performance event on a certain date. Our instructors tailor your lessons toward the showcase event.
Dancing in a showcase means that you do not have to worry about other dancers on the floor when you are dancing. In fact, you are the star when you dance. In addition, you can choose the music! Your music can be your current favorite song or a song from your younger days. The choice is infinite and you will love the music selection process as well as the dance preparation process.
Our instructors will create choreography that is suitable for the music and the level of your dancing. Depending on the choice of music, showcase choreography can include more than one style of ballroom dance. That will make a very entertaining routine, for sure. One of our instructors will be your partner/choreographer and a coach. You get your money’s worth.
After practicing and polishing your routine thoroughly throughout the one-on-one rehearsal process, you will get to perform in front of a live audience that include your friends and family. You will feel well prepared and have personal help working through any nerves as our teachers have lots of experience guiding even the newest of dancers through this rewarding process. You will feel accomplished after the showcase event and that’s a great feeling!
